12th Annual Retreat

SCRIBEHAVEN is a retreat for calligraphers - at all skill levels. It is a weekend to experiment, work on unfinished projects or develop new ones. You can work at your own pace, or you may decide to simply relax and enjoy the fellowship of other kindred spirits who love the art of lettering as much as you do. This wonderful, restful and inspirational weekend is YOUR weekend!

Thursday: Early birds arrive! Sunrise meeting room will be open for you to set up & work on your own.

Friday: About 7:30 p.m. . . . Paper-making Join Chris Hackenbrack and Ruth Haskins in the meeting room after dinner for a fun demonstration on how to create your own beautiful & interesting handmade papers.

Saturday: 10:30 a.m. . . . Journal Share Time Join Sheryl Bracey at her table as she shares her new found joy with journaling & the cool online class she is taking that has helped her develop these techniques. Saturday: 2:00 p.m . . . Simple Gifts Join JoAnn Bates at her table as she shares some easy, whimsical ideas for greeting cards that incorporate watercolor & woven paste papers.

Sunday: Meeting room is open until 3:00 pm. Check out for lodge rooms/cabins is 11:00 a.m. See you next year!
